Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were lovely and very comfortable with two balconies overlooking Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi. The service was fantastic, especially the lady at the reception. The location, although a bit noisy, was perfect right in front of the train station. The dining experience was mostly enjoyable, but the green scrambled egg was a bit off-putting. Overall, a great value for money option with excellent amenities.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were facing a fascinating back street with an open-air market but surprisingly quiet with good sound isolation. They were clean, well laid out, and beautifully appointed, boasting not one, but 3 balconies, offering a luxurious stay. The service was outstanding, with everyone being very helpful and friendly, especially Francesco in the bar. The location was convenient for beginning a tour of the region, despite a somewhat weird room deposit system. The dining experience was excellent, with plenty of options available, and the hotel facilities were impressive.
Staying here was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed but a bit too hot for comfort. The service was excellent with helpful and friendly staff, although sometimes a bit distant. The location was ideal for a short stay near the train station, but noisy. The dining options were good, but lacking some fresh choices.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a great shower facility, making my stay really nice and comfortable. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. However, there were some issues with unexpected charges and warnings about the surrounding area.
I recently stayed at this hotel in Naples. The rooms were a bit noisy, but overall clean and spacious enough, with comfortable beds and complete amenities. The location, right next to the central station, is convenient for exploring the city, although it may not be the most attractive area, especially at night. The service was really nice, with staff being very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The dining experience was good, although I felt they could have offered more fresh fruit at breakfast. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel has very comfortable rooms with perfect AC, a very good bed, and a nice bathroom, which is important in that location. However, my original room reeked so badly of old smoke that I had to request a different one. The service was not attentive, with my requests for early check-in ignored due to a claimed full hotel. The location is great for access to sites but is in a very busy traffic spot. The dining options were good but a bit bland, and some items were overpriced. The hotel facilities were decent but could use improvement in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was decent. The rooms were a bit small and mine wasn't ready upon arrival which was a downside, but it served its purpose as a place to start my holiday exploring the area. The service was acceptable, nothing extraordinary but good enough for meals. The location was convenient being right in front of the station, although it can feel a little unsafe. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, with some options being great but others not so much. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement but was decent for the price.
I had a cozy stay at the hotel with lovely rooms and extremely personable service. The location was convenient for my short trip, but a bit noisy. The dining experience didn't reach its full potential, and the facilities were satisfying overall.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. The blackout blinds were a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with Pasquale being incredibly helpful and even remembering our room number for check-out. The location was fantastic, right on the edge of the historic center and just a short walk to the train station. The dining experience had lots of variety, but I wish there were more gluten-free options. Overall, a great choice for your stay in Naples.
